In order to ensure an appropriate training, 3 best practices from each partner country of the project were collected in connection with the study. The best practice examples are from different regions and gave insight into what the modules should contain to guarantee an efficient training course.
The different best practices give examples of companies which provide adequate infrastructure of workplaces for disabled persons. The best practices give also examples of new buildings which have been specially designed and implemented for disabled-friendly operation. Corresponding ramps and lifts with special language modules as well as signage with braille are now indispensable standard equipment of handicapped accessible companies.

The training includes the modules sensitization, web accessibility, sign language, infrastructure, workplace innovation and supporting tools for disabled people, learning difficulties as well as legal aspects.
